摘要
主要探讨了ZL-08扩链剂在单组分RTV硅酮密封胶中的应用,结果表明:在脱醇型单组分耐候胶或门窗胶、脱酮肟型单组分耐候胶中加入1份ZL-08扩链剂,即可在表干时间、表面消粘时间、深层固化速度都正常的情况下,降低密封胶的硬度,增加密封胶的断裂伸长率,有效防止密封胶在使用过程中开裂。在提高密封胶产品质量的同时,能有效控制其生产成本。
The article mainly discusses the application of ZL-08 chain extender in single-component RTV silicone sealant. Results indicate that adding 1 proportion of ZL-08 chain extender in dealcoholized single-component weather-proof sealant, door and window sealant, and deketoxime single-component weather-proof sealant can reduce the hardness of sealant and increase elongation at break, avoid cracking during application while the surface drying time, surface viscous dissipating time and deep curing speed are normal. This can improve the quality of sealant and effectively control its production cost.
