摘要
分析现有的风险分担博弈模型,在利用环境和产出确定企业风险权重的同时,给出关于项目各相关方承担项目风险偏好和成本的思考。以此为基础建立优化模型,并用实际案例证明优化模型的实用性,为PPP项目参与者根据各自风险偏好进行风险评估提供依据。
This paper analyzes the existing risk sharing models,uses environment and production to determine the risk weights of enterprises,at same time gives thinking on the preference and cost of the project risk of relevant parties of PPP projects. Based on the above analysis,establishes an optimization model,and proves the practicability of the optimization model with practical cases,which provides a basis for PPP project participants to conduct risk assessment based on their respective risk preferences.
