摘要
我国政府投资项目中正逐步推行代建制项目管理模式。本文从利益相关者理论角度出发,分析了代建单位即项目管理公司如何适应新的管理模式的要求、促进自身的发展,并提出了具体的实施建议。
We are now popularizing agent of construction system gradually in our government invest projects.Based on stakeholder theory, this paper analyzes project management corporations and how to accommodate the new project management mode to develop themselves,and it also puts forward some proposals in detail.
