摘要
为提高煤炭企业在进行融资和投资的过程中提高对金融风险管理的重视,文章结合金融风险定义了煤炭金融风险。认为煤炭企业面临的宏观经济环境、投资和融资条件三方面是影响煤炭企业金融风险的重要因素。首先,明确了煤炭企业面临的宏观经济环境风险、投资风险和融资风险是影响煤炭企业金融风险的重要因素;其次,以市值排名前十的煤炭上市企业推算了整个煤炭行业的风险估价VaR;结合对煤炭企业金融风险影响因素赋以的风险权重;最后得出结论:煤炭企业内部投资风险和融资风险对煤炭金融风险影响较大,而外部存在的宏观经济环境风险因素的作用较小。在此基础上,从国家层面和企业层面提出了相应的政策建议。
In order to improve the importance attached to financial risk management in the process of financing and investment,the author defines the risk of coal finance by combining financial risk. It is considered that the macroeconomic environment,investment and financing conditions that coal enterprises are facing are the important factors for the financial risks of coal enterprises. First of all,the author makes it clear that the macroeconomic environment risk,investment risk and financing risk faced by coal enterprises are important factors for the financial risk of coal enterprises. Secondly,based on the top 10 listed coal companies,estimates the risk of the entire coal industry. Finally,it is concluded that the internal investment risk and financing risk of coal enterprises have a greater impact on coal financial risks,while the external factors of macroeconomic environmental risks have less effect. On this basis, the corresponding policy suggestions are proposed from the national level and the corporate level.
