光谱与光密度影响马铃薯试管薯诱导发育的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 马铃薯试管薯诱导是构建种薯工厂化生产的现代繁种工业体系的关键技术之一,但该技术正受制于试管薯诱导率低及个体质量小的问题。试管薯的生育进程包括试管苗壮苗、试管薯诱导和膨大,并受基因、物理环境和外源激素等因素的影响。作为物理环境因子,光驱动植物的生命活动,光密度与光谱对试管薯的诱导、膨大期物质积累以及光合产物的转运具有重要调节作用。近年来,人们逐渐意识到光环境因子优化是提高马铃薯脱毒试管薯产量和质量的可行途径之一。试管薯是植物储藏器官,探索光密度和光谱影响其生育进程的机制,将有助于从物理光谱角度,更精细地获取光谱调控植物储藏器官发育的知识,有助于试管薯产量与质量的提升。 Potato mirco-tuberization is a key technology applied in building modern seed industry of virus-free seed potatoes factory production.However,the technology is subjected to the low quality of microtuber induction and the small individual quality.The development of in vitro microtuber includes the three stages of strong plantlets culture in rooting,microtuber induction and expansion,and is controlled by the factors such as genetype,physical environment and exogenous hormones and so on.As physical environmental factors,light drives plant life activity,light intensity and light spectral play a vital role in regulating the microtuber induction,matter accumulation of expansion and photosynthate translocation.In recent years,people have realized that the optimization of light environmental factors is one of the feasible ways to improve the yield and quality of microtubers.Microtuber which is the storage organ of plant is used as a mode organ to probe the regulation mechanism of spectral distribution on the development process of storage organ.This research is beneficial to understanding the knowledge of spectral distribution on the regulating the development process of the storage organ and will be helpful in increasing the yield and quality of microtubers.
