摘要
用食用白糖代替蔗糖、自来水代替蒸馏水,通过不同培养基、不同的散射光和温度诱导脱毒马铃薯陇薯3号试管薯,观察其对试管薯形成的影响。试验结果表明,用MS+80g/L食用白糖+1g/L活性炭+200mg/L多效唑液体培养基,在弱散射光(100lx)和(18±1℃)条件下更利于提早结薯,单瓶试管薯鲜重和单薯鲜重都显著增加,同时降低了畸形薯率;用食用白糖和自来水配制培养基不会影响诱导微型薯的效果,可以降低生产成本,提高经济效益。
UsedUsing the virus-free potato cultivar Longshu No.3 as experimental materials, the effect of light, sugar (sucrose was substituted with ordinary refined sugar) and water (distilled water was substituted with distilled water) was studied on microtuber. Under the inductive condition, 100 lx feebleness dispersion ray and (18±1℃) treatment, in the liquid culture medium of MS containing 80 g/L ordinary refined sugar and 1 g/L active carbon and 200 mg/L paclobutrazol promoted the earlier microtuber formation, increased microtuber fresh weight per botde, and mean fresh weight per microtuber, reduced the percentage of abnormal microtubers. The culture medium did not impact potato microtuber using ordinary refined sugar and tap water. Therefore, ordinary refined sugar and tap water is recommended in potato microtuber production for the purpose to reduce cost
