摘要
为了确定以背部、臀部等部位皮肤坏死和溃烂为主要特征的猪皮肤病病原菌,分析其耐药性,分别采集2头病猪不同病变部位病健并界处组织样品4份,利用常规方法进行病原的分离鉴定,并用标准Kirby-Barer法进行22种抗菌药物的敏感性试验。结果显示,2头病猪均分离到坏死杆菌,病变严重的一头还分离到绿脓杆菌,病变皮肤为坏死杆菌或坏死杆菌和绿脓杆菌引起的混合感染;分离菌均对羧苄青霉素、头孢哌酮、头孢呋新、头孢他啶、头孢噻肟、氟哌酸及环丙沙星高度敏感。
It aims to identify the pathogenic bacteria of porcine necrotizing dermatitis featuring skin necrosis and fester on back, hip, etc. and analyze its drug resistance. Four samples are collected from different lesion (junction of diseased and healthy place) on two sick pigs. Thereupon the pathogenic bacteria are isolated and identified with regular method, and antibiotic susceptibility experiments of 22 antimicrobial medicines are conducted with standard Kirby-Barer method. Result shows:necrobacillus are isolated from both two sick pigs;pseudomonas aeruginosa are isolated from the sicker pig;the lesion is resulted from either necrobacillus or a mixed infection of necrobacillus and pseudomonas aeruginosa;and the isolated bacteria are highly sensitive to carbenicillin, cefoperazone, cefuroxime, ceftazidime, cefotaxime, norfloxacin and ciprofloxacin.
