牦牛出血性败血症病原的分离及血清型鉴定 被引量:5

摘要 为探明青海某牧民家中饲养的牦牛突然发病死亡的原因,采用病料涂片、染色镜检、细菌分离培养、生化试验、动物试验、药敏试验和分子生物学等方法对该病病原进行了系统研究,同时,结合本病的临床症状和病理变化进行综合分析。结果:分离鉴定出1株致病性较强的B型多杀性巴氏杆菌,且具有一定的抗药性,表明引起此次牦牛死亡的病原为B型多杀性巴氏杆菌。 The aim of this study was to determine the pathogen causing yaks' sudden death in one farm in Qinghai.Serial methods including tissue smear,staining microscopy,bacterial isolation and cultivation,biochemical test,animal trail,chemo sensitivity test and molecular biology techniques were employed to identify the pathogen.Also clinical symptoms and pathologic changes were used for diagnosis of this disease.As a result,one strain of high pathogenic type B Pasteurella multocida with some drug resistance was isolated and identified,and was determined to be the main pathogen causing this disease case.
