A patient with muliple giant pyogenic granuloma is reported.This 20 years old female had tumour on forehead for 20 days.Four irregular purplish red tumours were seen on the right side and the top of forehead,which were soft,with definite edges,pedunculated and projected on the skin.The histopathologic examinations showed that there were an increase of endothelial cells of capillaries in the dermis,dilatation of capillaries,and non-specific inflammatory infiltration around the capillaries.The patient was cured with surgical operation and electric cautery.The etiology,clinical characteristics and treatment of the disease are discussed in this paper.
