摘要
目的探讨烯脂酰辅酶A水合酶短链1(enoyl-coenzyme A hydratase,short chain1,ECHS1)和细胞增殖核抗原Ki-67在结直肠癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法选择2013年1月至2016年12月秦皇岛市第一医院肿瘤科收治的50例结直肠癌患者手术切除的组织标本,以10例癌旁组织作为对照,采用免疫组织化学SP法检测结直肠癌组织及癌旁组织中ECHS1和Ki-67的表达,并分析其与临床病理学特征的关系。结果 ECHS1和Ki-67在结直肠癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为56.0%(28/50)和62.0%(31/50),均显著高于癌旁组织中的表达,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。ECHS1和Ki-67的异常表达与结直肠癌的Dukes分期、分化程度及有无淋巴转移有关(P<0.05)。ECHS1和Ki-67的表达呈正相关关系(r=0.501,P=0.010)。结论在结直肠癌组织中ECHS1和Ki-67的表达明显升高,与Dukes分期、分化程度和淋巴转移有关,且二者具有协同作用。
Objective To study the expression of ECHS 1 and Ki-67 in colorectal cancer and clinical significance. Method The expression of ECHS1 and Ki-67 in 42 cases of colorectal cancer, 10 cases of adjacent tissues were examined by immunohistochemistry, analyze the clinical pathological characteristics. Result ECHS1 and Ki-67 in pancreatic cancer tissues were 56.0% (28/50) and 62.0% (31/50), which were significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissue. The abnormal expression of ECHS 1 and Ki-67 in correlation with the Dukes staging, differentiation and lymph node metastasis (P〈0.05).The Spearman analysis showed that the level of Sema4D was significantly associated with Ki-67 expression (r=0.501, P〈 0.05). Conclusion Upregulation of ECHS 1 and Ki-67 expression in pancreatic cancer, both of which have significant correlation, both of which associated with the Dukes staging, differentiationand lymph node metastasis.
