摘要
本文从自然资源承载力、社会资源承载力、自然环境承载力、社会环境承载力4个方面构建河北省城市资源环境承载力的评价指标体系,并运用均方差决策法对河北省城市的资源环境承载力进行了综合评价。结果表明:河北省资源环境综合承载力划分为3大类型区,即低承载力区(邯郸、邢台和衡水)、中承载力区(保定、承德、唐山和张家口)、高承载力区(秦皇岛、石家庄、沧州和廊坊)。
This paper builds the evaluation index system of urban resource and environmental carrying capacity of Hebei Province from the aspects of natural resources carrying capacity, carrying capacity of social resources, carrying capacity of natural environment, as well as carrying capacity of social environment, and applies the method of mean square error decision to comprehensively evaluate the resources and environment of cities in Hebei Province. The results show that the comprehensive carrying capacity of resources and environment in Hebei Province is divided into three major types: low carrying capacity areas(Xiang, Xingtai and Hengshui), medium carrying capacity areas(Baoding, Chengde, Tangshan and Zhangjiakou), and high carrying capacity areas(Qinhuangdao, Shijiazhuang, Zhangzhou and Langfang).
