摘要
火不归原乃是心火偏亢,但应注意,此种心火偏亢不同于阴虚火旺之虚热证,也不同于心火独盛之实热证,此心火偏亢的根源在于肾阳虚、下焦寒盛,其本质是虚寒证,虽说是心火偏亢,但此时心火已较正常状态偏弱,这是因为肾阳为一生阳气之根,肾阳旺,则全身之阳皆旺,肾阳衰,则全身之阳皆衰。肾阳虚衰则心阳亦受损,故心火偏亢仅是相对下焦寒盛而言。肾阳得温,阴寒得散,肾阳又能蒸腾、气化肾水,肾水又能上济于心,心火得制,不再偏亢于上。因此,引火归原实是心火得制。
Fire failing to go back to its origin refers to excessive heart fire,but pay attention to,which is different from asthenic heat syndrome caused by hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency,also different from excessive heat syndrome caused by excessive heart fire. The origin of this kind of excessive heart fire is deficient kidney yang and excessive cold in lower-jiao,and its essence is asthenic cold syndrome. This kind of excessive heart fire is in fact weaker than heart fire in normal state,because kidney yang is the root of generating yang qi. It the kidney yang is prosperous,the whole body＇s yang is prosperous; if the kidney yang declines,the whole body＇s yang also declines. Kidney yang deficiency means that heart yang is also damaged,so the fire hyperactivity is only relative to excessive cold in lower-jiao. If kidney yang is warmed,yin cold will be dispersed. Kidney yang can also be steamed and transformed into kidney water which may nourish the heart,then heart fire can be controlled and not become hyperactive. So conducting the fire back to its origin; kidney yang is in fact the heart fire being controlled.
