摘要
目的归纳总结脐疗治疗妇科疾病的临床应用并探讨其作用机理。方法收集整理文献,从经、带、胎、产、杂五种疾病分述脐疗治疗妇科疾病的临床进展。结果脐疗在月经病、带下病、妊娠病、产后病及妇科杂病等方面多有应用且疗效较好,其中脐疗治疗痛经临床应用最为广泛。结论脐疗作为一种传统的治疗方法因操作简便,疗效确切,值得被临床广泛推广应用。
Objective To summarize the clinical application of umbilical therapy for gynecological diseases and to explore its mechanism. Method Through collection and collation, the clinical progress of umbilical cord therapy for gynecopathy was reviewed from five diseases, including menstruation, vaginal discharge, pregnancy, childbirth and gynecological miscellaneous diseases. Result Umbilical therapy had many applications in the aspects of menstruation, lower disease, pregnancy disease, postpartum disease and gynecologic disease. Conclusion The clinical application of umbilical therapy is the most widely used in the clinical treatment of dysmenorrhea. As a traditional treatment, umbilical cord therapy is simple and effective, which is worthy of wide application in clinical practice.
