Design and Application of Metal Mould for Fluidity Test

摘要 流动性差的合金铸造时难于充型,容易产生浇不足、冷隔等缺陷。为了测定合金在金属型中的流动性,专门设计了金属型流动性试验模具。该模具能一次测量合金在三种不同截面流道中的流动性,而且成本低,操作简便。用该模具测量了ZL101合金在不同条件下的流动性。结果能够反映浇注温度、模具温度和流道截面模数对流动性的影响规律。试验结果能为金属型铸造工艺和工装设计提供参考。 The alloy with poor fluidity is difficult to fill mold in the casting, and it is easy to produce defects such as misrun and cold shut. In order to determine the fluidity of the alloy in the metal mould, a metal flow test mould was specially designed.The mould can measure the fluidity of the alloy in three different cross-section flow channels at one time, and has low cost and simple operation. The flow property of ZL101 alloy under different conditions was measured by using this mold.The results can reflect the influences of the pouring temperature, mould temperature and flow channel section modulus on the fluidity. The test results can provide reference for the metal casting process and the design of the tooling.
