摘要
针对现有的金属型模具涂料价格较高,喷涂操作繁琐,没有明确的量化技术规范问题,研究了铝合金金属型铸造模具型腔涂料配制及喷涂方法。结果表明,采用本文配制的涂料和喷涂方法能够有效解决金属型生产过程中铸件浇不足、冷隔、粘结等缺陷。最佳涂料配比为,12%氧化锌+5%水玻璃+适量去离子水。
In view of the high price of the existing metal mold coating and the complicated spraying operation, and no clear technical specification, the preparation and spraying methods of aluminum alloy casting metal mold coatings were studied. The results show that the coating and spraying method can effectively solve the defects such as inadequate casting, cold isolation and bonding in the process of metal production. The best coating composition ratio is 12% zinc oxide, 5% sodium silicate and right amount of deionized water.
