摘要
如何使铝铜含量良好匹配,是开发新型高性能Zn-Al-Cu-Mg模具合金的关键。研究了Al、Cu含量对Zn-Al-Cu-Mg模具合金力学性能和铸造流动性的影响。结果表明,铝含量从3%增加到14%,铜含量从3%增加到9%,合金力学性能明显增加,但铸造流动性下降。综合考虑各种因素,得出新型模具锌合金的建议成分w为:9%~11%Al,7%~9%Cu,0.04%~0.05%Mg。
How to determine a reasonable ingredient of AI and Cu is a key to develop a new Zn-Al- Cu-Mg mould alloy with high performance. The effect of AI and Cu content on mechanical properties and fluidity of Zn-Al-Cu-Mg mould alloy is studied. The experimental results show that the mechanical properties of the alloy increases significantly with increasing the contents of AI and Cu from 3% to 14% and 3% to 9% respectively, but the fluidity of the alloy decreases. It is suggested that the reasonable composition is 9- 11wt%Al, 7-9wt%Cu and 0.04-0.05wt%Mg.
