摘要
介绍了山浪煤矿上5号煤层的设备配套情况及开采方式,通过掌握的煤层地质条件,确定了端头支架组的工作阻力及组成形式。重点分析了ZDT17680/23/45型端头分体式支架组的关键技术、结构组成、适用范围和技术参数等;对电液控制系统进行了阐述。端头支架组的使用改善了顶板变形并提高了人员生产安全效率。
In this paper, the equipment matching condition and mining method of 5~# coal seam in Shanlang Coal Mine are introduced. The working resistance and composition form of the face-end support group are determined by the geological conditions of coal seam. The key technology, structure, application scope and technical parameters of the ZDT17680/23/45 type split face-end hydraulic support group are analyzed, and the electro-hydraulic control system is expounded. The use of the faceend hydraulic support group improves the deformation of the roof and improves the safety and efficiency of personnel production.
