摘要
为了对运输巷进行有效支护,加快工作面推进速度,充分发挥综采工作面的效能,研制了一种新型运输巷巷道用超前支架。该支架布置在转载机两侧,两侧结构完全相同,可互换使用。一侧副架布置在主架中央,主、副两架互为支点交替迈步前移,同时主、副架交替支护顶板,在前移的过程中顶板始终有支架支护。主架两侧安装有侧挑板,用以支护转载机上方和保护行人安全。另外根据巷道支护长度的需要,可布置一组或多组巷道超前支架,以满足巷道超前支护的需要。
In order to effectively support the transportation gateway, speed up the advancing rate of the coal mining face and fully play the performances of the fully mechanized coal mining face, a new advance powered support of the transportation gateway was researched and developed. The powered supports would be set up at the two sides of the stage loader. The structure of the two side powered supports would be the same and the powered supports could be alternatively applied. One side auxiliary powered support should be set at the middle of the main powered support and thus the main and auxiliary powered supports could be mutually as the support point and alternatively move forward. Meanwhile the main and auxiliary powered supports could alternatively support the roof and the seam roof would be always supported by the powered supports during the powered supports moved forward. The two sides of the main powered support were equipped with a side cantilever slab to support the roof above the stage loader and to protect the safety walking of the miners. According the requirements of the gateway support length, one group or multi group gateway advance powered supports could be set up in order to meet the requirements of the advance support of the mine gateway.
