遥控式端头掩护支架在综采面快速回撤中应用 被引量:17

摘要 为了配合神东矿区综采工作面内外辅巷多通道快速回撤搬家工艺,基于回撤工作面端头三角区机械化支护的重要性,提出了四柱支撑掩护式的回撤三角区支架代替部分木垛支护端头三角区部位,分析了ZZ7200/18/36型三角区掩护支架采用电液控制系统和特殊的十字头连接方式在回撤工艺中的应用。结果表明:三角区掩护支架实现了巷道端头顶板机械化支护,大幅提高了回撤效率和安全水平。 In order to cooperate with inside and outside multi assistant access of fast moving mining face method in Shendong mining area, base on the importance of the mechanical support in the triangle area of the roadway head - end roof, the paper provided to use the four - leg shield support instead of timber crib, analyze ZZ7200/18/36 triangle area shield support with the electro -hydraulic valve and roof shield and caving shield articulate with crosshead pin. The application results indicate with the that the triangle area shield support achieved a mechanical support of the roadway head - end roof and greatly improve efficiency of retracement process and safety level.
