摘要
目的 :探讨白细胞介素 - 6 (IL - 6 ) ,粒 -巨细胞集落刺激因子 (GM- CSF)在急性中毒中的作用。 方法 :对 41例急性中毒患者及 30例健康对照组用放射免疫方法测定血清 IL - 6 ,GM- CSF含量 ,并对 IL - 6与 GM- CSF,GM- CSF与白细胞及血小板绝对值做相关分析。 结果 :急性中毒组 IL- 6 ,GM- CSF含量均较对照组显著升高 (P<0 .0 5~ 0 .0 1) ,病情愈重 ,IL- 6 ,GM-CSF含量愈高 ,急性中毒组 IL- 6与 GM- CSF,GM- CSF与白细胞绝对值呈正相关 ,GM- CSF与血小板无相关。 结论 :急性中毒组 IL- 6 ,GM- CSF含量高于对照组 ,说明机体在感染、应激条件下 ,细胞因子大量释放 ,且病情愈重释放愈多 ,表明 IL- 6、GM- CSF可能参与了急性中毒的病理过程。
Objective To investigate the role of interleukin 6(IL 6) and granuloeyte macrophage colony stimulating factors(GM CSF) in acute poisioning. Methodes To measure the IL 6 content and GM CSF content using radio immunity in 41 cases of acute poisioning group and 30 cases of normal control group. Analysis the correlation between IL 6 and GM CSF, and absolute of leukocytes and platelet and GM CSF. Result The IL 6 content and GM CSF content is higher in acute poisioing than normal group ( P< 0.05~0.01). The more content of IL 6 and GM CSF, the absolute of leukocytes and the content of GM CSF are positive correlation. GM CSF and platelet are no correlation. Conclusion The content of IL 6 and GM CSF in acute poisioing group is higher than in the normal group. The cell factors will be greatly released in infection and stress. The more serious the poisioning is, the more cell factors will be released. It is showed that the IL 6 and GM CSF may be participative the pathologic process of acute poisioning.
