摘要
本文观察了51例原发性高血压患者外周血TL-CFu和T细胞亚群的变化。结果表明,患者外周血TL-CFu减少,OKT_3^+细胞及T_4/T_3比值降低,OKT_3^+细胞增多。提示原发性高血压患者在祖细胞水平上T细胞功能受抑,增殖和分化能力下降,免疫调控紊乱,发生细胞免疫抑制反应;同时作了分期和年龄组的结果分析。
The T lymphocyte colony formation (TL-CFu) and T cell subsets were tested in 51 patients with essential hypertension. The results showed that the number of TL-CFu, OKT3^+ cells and T4/T8 ratio were significantly lower, while the number of OKT8^+ cells were increased in patients with essential hypertension than in normal controls, which indicated that the dysfunction of proliferation and differentiation of T lymphocyte at the level of progenitor, as well as the immuaoregulatory inbalance in patients with essential hypertension. But there was not significant difference of TL-CFu and T cell subsets between different stages, and between differen age.
