摘要
结合碱面条手工生产的工艺流程,针对碱面条大规模自动化生产的迫切需求,对其关键生产工艺技术进行了研究,同时分别设计了相应的关键装置——面皮切断裹卷装置、蒸煮设备、喷油装置和面条分散装置,这为后续进一步构建碱面条的自动化生产线奠定了基础。
Combining with the manual process of alkaline noodle production, research the key process of the automation production of alkaline noodle to meet the requirement of large-scale automation production. Key devices, such as noodle dough cutting and wrapping device, steaming-boiling device, oil spraying device, and loosening device, are respectively developed, which provides a foundation for further building automation production line of alkaline noodle.
