摘要
本文介绍了免油炸方便面的生产工艺和操作要点。同时,在此工艺基础上对相关生产设备的各种性能指标进行对比选优,配置了一套最适合于工厂化生产的生产线,并指出各种设备的工作原理和操作注意事项,且制定了产品的质量标准。
The processing and the operation points of the fired-free instant noodle was introduced. Meanwhile on the based of processing, related equipments which suited industrialization manufacture was allocated through contrast optimize to the capability index, The working principle of equipment and the attention matter of operation were pointed out.The quality standard of equipment was determined also.
