摘要
分析了氨水、尿素、碳铵脱硝还原剂使用过程中存在的不足,提出了以脱硫前的热烟气做热源,采用升膜蒸发器汽化氨水的工艺,并进行了经济分析,结果表明该工艺具有投资和运行成本较低的优势。
In this paper,the disadvantages of using ammonia,urea and ammonium carbonitriding reductant were analyzed. The technology of using the hot flue gas before desulfurization as heat source and using the rising-film evaporator to vaporize ammonia water was put forward,and the economic analysis was carried out. The results show that the process has the advantage of lower investment and operating costs.
