Kinetic Study on the Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) of NO with Ammonia over Ce/β-Zeolite Catalysts

摘要 本文对Ce/β分子筛催化剂反应动力学进行了研究,表明该系列催化剂对氮氧化物氨选择还原反应具有良好的催化活性。该催化剂上反应受NO在氧化态活性位上的吸附控制。通过稳态和非稳态动力学测试,研究了温度对反应的影响规律,测定了反应速率常数随反应温度的变化关系。Ce离子的引人,提高了催化剂固相与氧的交换能力,从而加快了催化剂上活性位的再生速率。 The SCR reaction kinetics on Ce/β-zeolite catalysts was studied. The results indicatesthat the Ce/β-zeolite catalysts has a good performance in SCR reaction. It is shown that the adsorption ofNO on oxidized active centers was the rate controlling step. With both steady and un-steady kineticexperiment, the influence of temperature on the reaction was investigated, and the relationships betweenrate constants and temperature were measured. The oxygen exchange ability of catalyst was enhanced byion exchange of Ce3+, as a result the regeneration of active center became easier.
