摘要
提出一种尿素制氨新工艺,即将尿素发生缩合或取代反应生成的氨用于选择性催化还原法(SCR)脱硝,副产尿素衍生物,而不生成CO2,从而达到节能减排的目的。对尿素反应得到三聚氰酸的工艺进行了分析,并与目前尿素制氨工艺进行了比较。结果表明,制备三聚氰酸过程中各时间段放出的氨气量基本一致,反应的起动时间在几十分钟内,氨气的响应时间在1m in内。该工艺在工艺条件、经济效益和节能减排方面优于目前的尿素制氨技术。
A new ammonia production technology from urea, which is energy saving and environmental friendly, has been developed, ammonia collected in condensation reaction and displacement reaction of urea can be available in denitrification and derivatives is obtained ,without CO2 releasing. The reaction of urea preparing cyanuric acid is analyzed in the paper, and a comparison is carried out between the new technology and the one applied today. According to results, the amount of ammonia released at different times is almost identical, and the time is comparatively centralized, the starting of the reaction is within tens of minutes,the response time is in 1 minute;The new technology, which is better than the one applied today in the process conditions, economic efficiency and energy savings, can be applied in the SCR denitrification project.
