摘要
本文依据最新出台的《职业学校学生实习管理规定》,通过构建包括背景因素和实习满意度、实习管理、实习考核、实习安全等变量的调研框架,编制"职业院校学生实习现状调查问卷",对全国31个省(市、自治区)的1001所中高职学校进行在线调查。调查显示,实习协议签订、岗位对口、实习指导等情况总体较好,学生对实习的总体满意度较高,不同性别、学校类型、专业和地区在实习满意度上有显著差异,学校和实习单位均存在收取实习押金、提成实习报酬等"不合规"行为,实习安全教育与管理存在漏洞,实习保险等合法权益有待加强保障,执行一般为6个月的顶岗实习情况不容乐观,据此文章提出若干建议。
Based on the recent document named ＂The management methods of students＂ internship in vocational school＂, this research organized a questionnaire focus on the management condition of vocational school students＂ internship. The questionnaire framework mainly included background factors, internship satisfaction, internship management, internship assessment and internship safety, and it surveyed 1001 middle and high vocational schools online in 31 provinces （cities and autonomous regions）. According to the research, the condition of agreement signing, major match, internship guidance are good, students are satisfied with their internship, the disparity of internship satisfaction among gender, school type, major and district is significant, the internship＇s safety education and management have some loopholes, the legitimate rights and interests like internship insurance should be guaranteed, and the execution condition of 6 months internship is not optimistic. This essay will give some suggestions based on the above conclusions.
