摘要
本研究的目标是利用在河南省进行的大规模的中职学生调研数据,描述样本学校计算机专业和数控专业中职学生参与实习的现状,并利用logit模型分析影响中职学生对实习质量评价的决定因素,识别中职学生实习中存在的问题和面临的挑战,为政府部门完善相关政策提供决策参考。研究发现,中职学生对实习的满意度与实习单位的地理位置、是否有意外伤害保险、实习岗位是否与专业对口、实习单位培训实习生次数及企业规模等八个变量显著相关。
The goal of this paper is to use large survey data of secondary vocational students collected in Henan province and to describe the current situation of on-the-job internship of our sample students whose major is computer or numerical control. It is also aimed to using logit model to analyze factors influencing students＂ evaluation of internship quality and to identify the problems and challenges existing during the internship of the secondary vocational students,so that we could provide reference for decision-making to improve the relevant policies.This papershows that the satisfaction of on-the-job internship of secondary vocational school students correlates significantly with eight variables, for example, the geographical position of enterprise, whether there is an accident injury insurance or not, whether the internship pQsitions matchmajors or not, number of training and scale of enterprise.
