过氧化物酶增殖物激活受体α/过氧化物酶增殖物激活受体γ和痛觉过敏关系的研究进展

摘要 背景过氧化物酶增殖物激活受体(peroxisome proliferator-activated receptors,PPARs)属于配体依赖性激活的核受体转录因子超家族,它包括3种亚型,即PPARα、PPARβ/δ和PPARγ,主要参与体内细胞增殖与分化、物质能量代谢以及炎症反应.近年研究发现:特异性激活PPARα/PPARγ后,可以有效预防痛觉过敏的发生发展.目的 探讨PPARα/PPARγ在痛觉过敏发生发展中的作用.内容对PPARα/PPARγ与痛觉过敏的关系进行综述.趋向为痛觉过敏的防治提供新思路、新办法. Background Peroxisome proliferator-activated receptors (PPARs) are ligand-activated transcription factors belong to a nuclear hormone receptor superfamily, containing three family members: PPARα, PPARβ/δ and PPARγ. PPARs play a critical physiological role in cell proliferation and differentiation, substance metabolism, energy homeostasis and inflammatory response. Recently, PPARα/PPARγ agonists were reported preventing the occurrence and development of hyperalgesia. Objective To investigate the role of PPARα/PPARγin the occurrence and development of hyperalgesia. Content Reviewing the relationship between PPARα/PPARγand hyperalgesia. Trend To provide new methods for prevention and treatment of hyperalgesia.
