摘要 过氧化物酶激活受体(peroxisome proliferators-activated receptors,PPARs)超家族是核受体超家族的一员,其作用广泛,涉及脂质和脂蛋白代谢,葡萄糖代谢,细胞增殖分裂和凋亡。过氧化物酶激活受体有3种亚型α、β、γ,其中PPARα和PPARγ在缺血/再灌注损伤中起着重要的作用,现就其在肝脏的缺血/再灌注损伤中作用作一综述。 Peroxisome proliferators-activated receptors (PPARs) which has three subtypes of PPARα, PPARβ, PPARγ are nuclear receptors that function as regulators of lipid and lipoprotein metabolism and glucose homeostasis and influence cellular prolifera-tion, differentiation and apoptosis. There are many studies indicate PPARs probably protect against important organs ischemia-reperfusion injury in recent years. The aim of the present review is to highlight recent advances in the hepatic ischemia/reperfusion injury.
