摘要
目的评价新疆包虫病定点医院肝包虫病的医疗服务业务效果,了解该医院肝包虫病的医疗业务水平现状和变化趋势。方法对2014年-2016年度新疆包虫病定点医院肝包虫住院患者的病例资料进行回顾性分析,按照工作效率、医疗质量、科研成果三大类分成11项相关医疗服务业务效果的指标,采用综合指数法计算出各年份医疗业务效果指标的综合指数并且进行排序。结果 2014年-2016年综合指数分别为2.49,2.69,3.69,其中2014年综合指数最低即医疗业务效果最差,2016年综合指数最高即医疗业务效果最好。2016年医疗业务效果同比2014年净增1.2增长率为33%,比2015年净增1.0增长率为27%。结论新疆包虫病定点医院肝包虫病医疗业务效果呈逐年上升趋势。综合指数法直观反映医疗业务效果,为该定点医院的管理者提供了客观的评价标准。该定点医院在探索提高其医疗业务效果的主要做法可为其他病种的定点医院提供借鉴。
Objective To evaluate the medical service effect of the Hepatic echinococcosis in the designated hospital of the Xinjiang uygur autonomous region, and to understand the current situation and trend of the medical service level of the designated hospital in Xinjiang. Methods Retrospective analysis was made on the case data of the patients hospitalized in the hospital of the hepatic echinococcosis inpatient at the designated hospital of the Xinjiang uygur autonomous region from 2014 to 2016. According to the work efficiency, medical quality and scientific research achievements, the three kinds of medical service effect are divided into 11 indicators, the comprehensive index of medical service effect index was calculated by the comprehensive index method. Results The composite indices for 2014-2016 were 2.49, 2.69 and 3.69, respectively. The lowest composite index in 2014 was the worst in medical service effect. The highest composite index in 2016 was the best in medical service effect. Medical service effect in 2016 Year-on-Year Growth Net 1.2 Increased by 33%, 1.0 Percent Increase over 2015 by 27%,and the growth rate was a rate of 33%, which was 27% in 2015. Conclusion The medical service effect of hepatic echinococcosis in designated hospital in Xinjiang showed a year-by-year upward trend. Comprehensive index method reflects the effect of medical service directly and provides objective evaluation criteria for the managers of the designated hospital. The main practice of the hospital in exploring the effect of improving its medical service can be used for reference for the designated hospitals of other diseases.
