摘要
[目的]掌握医院医疗质量变化趋势。[方法]运用综合指标体系对医院2002～2006年连续5年主要医疗指标进行综合评价分析。[结果]2002～2006年医院综合指标数值逐年递增,且数量指标数值递增速度很快。[结论]综合评价分析是一种简单有效的统计分析方法,将其用于综合评价医院的医疗质量,可以消除不同计量单位指标的影响,避免了单一指标评价的片面性。
[Objective]To grasp the change tendency of medical quality in hospitals.[Methods]The main medical indexes for continuous five years from 2002 to 2006 were comprehensive evaluated and analyzed by using comprehensive indexes system.[Results]The value of hospital comprehensive indexes were increased with years from 2002 to 2006,and the increased with rapid speed.[Conclusion]Comprehensive evaluation and analysis is a simple and effective statistical analysis method,which could be used to evaluate the medical quality in hospital,and could eliminate the effect of different measuring unit indexes as well as avoid the one-sidedness of evaluation by using single index.
