摘要
目的了解某儿童专科医院住院患者疾病构成情况及变化趋势。方法收集2011年-2015年住院患者的病案首页信息,按照国际疾病分类标准(ICD-10),对疾病构成及变化进行分析。结果 2011年-2015年住院患者前10位疾病顺位为:呼吸系统疾病29.68%,某些传染病和寄生虫病13.46%,消化系统疾病11.45%,起源于围产期的某些情况8.75%,先天畸形、变形和异常5.28%,损伤、中毒和外因的某些其他后果4.87%,肿瘤疾病4.01%,血液疾病3.74%,神经系统疾病3.41%,泌尿生殖系统疾病3.39%。与2011年比较,2015年消化系统疾病、围产期的某些情况、血液疾病、神经系统疾病、泌尿生殖系统疾病、内分泌营养和代谢疾病住院构成比上升,P<0.05。结论该院住院患者疾病构成比在发生变化,前10位疾病是影响本地区儿童健康的主要问题。
Objective To investigate the disease constitution and changing trend of hospitalized patients in a children＇s hospital, and provide a scientific basis for childhood diseases prevention and reasonable allocation of medical resources. Methods To collect the medical record home page of hospitalized patients in a children＇s hospital from 2011 to 2015, then conduct coding classification to main diagnosis according to the international classification of diseases（ICD-10）, and analysis the disease constitution and changing trend. Results The top 10 diseases of hospitalized patients from 2011 to 2015 were respiratory diseases（29.68%）, infectious and parasitic diseases（13.46%）, diseases of the digestive system（11.45%）, the diseases in the perinatal period（8.75%）,congenital abnormalities（5.28%）, the injury and poisoning（4.87%）, tumor（4.01%）, diseases of blood and blood forming organs（3.74%）, nervous system diseases（3.41%）, the urogenital diseases（3.39%）. Compared to the year of 2011, in 2015, the constituent ratio of diseases of the digestive system, the diseases in the perinatal period,diseases of blood and blood forming organs, nervous system diseases, the urogenital diseases, endocrine,nutritional and metabolic diseases were all increased,P〈0.05. Conclusions The disease constitution of hospitalized patients is changing, and the top 10 diseases are the main problems affecting the health of child in the region.
