摘要
为了鉴定引起狐狸肺炎的病原菌,采用常规鉴定法和16S rRNA PCR方法从肺炎的狐狸肺脏病料组织中进行分离培养与鉴定,确定该菌为绿脓杆菌（Pseudomonas aeruginosa）。该菌的16S rRNA基因的系统发育树分析表明,分离菌与绿脓杆菌同源性达100%。动物致病性试验结果表明该分离菌株有致病性。药敏试验显示分离菌株对头孢曲松、阿米卡星、左氧氟沙星、阿奇霉素等药物敏感。
To identify the pathogen causing serious pneumonia in foxes,one bacterial strain was isolated from lung tissue samples and identified by bacteria characteristics and 16 S rRNA gene amplification.The result showed that the isolated strain was Pseudomonas aeruginosa.The 16 S rRNA gene phylogenetic tree showed that the sequence of the isolate strain had 100% homology with the P.aeruginosa reference strains.Animal experiment showed that the isolated strain was pathogenic.Drug sensitivity showed that the isolate strain was highly sensitive to ceftriaxone,amikacin,levofloxacin and azithromycin.
