基于子模型技术的转向架构架疲劳寿命预测 被引量:5

摘要 以CRH380B型动车组转向架焊接构架为研究对象,依据UIC 615-4加载标准计算了构架的整体静强度,并对局部应力进行了分析,找到了平均应力及应力幅较大部位。为更精确的估算关键焊缝的疲劳寿命,采用了子模型技术。在验证子模型可靠的基础上,运用Fe-safe软件中基于等效结构应力法的Verity模块估算了焊缝的疲劳寿命。分析结果表明,该构架的强度符合标准UIC 615-4的要求,焊缝的疲劳寿命也满足设计要求。 The CRH380 B EMU bogie frame was taken as the research object in this paper. According to the UIC 615-4 loading standard,the overall static strength was calculated and the local stress was analyzed to find the average stress and stress amplitude. In order to more accurately estimate the fatigue life of the critical weld,the sub-model method was used. On the basis of reliable verification of the sub-model,the fatigue life of the weld was estimated by using the Verity module based on the equivalent structural stress method in Fe-safe software. The results show that strength of the frame could meet the requirements of the standard UIC 615-4,and the fatigue life of welds could also meet the design requirements.
