摘要 建立某机车转向架构架有限元计算模型,应用热点应力法分析焊接结构的疲劳强度,采用最为可能发生疲劳破坏部位处的应力幅值作为疲劳评定依据。用热点应力分析方法评定焊接构架疲劳强度,不必考虑实际焊缝形状、裂纹及缺口等焊接引起的应力集中现象,弥补了有限元建模焊缝的简化处理对焊缝疲劳强度评定精度的影响。 The finite element calculation model of a locomotive bogie frame is built. The hot spot stress evaluation method is applied for analysis of the fatigue strength of the welding structure, with the stress amplitude of the part where the fatigue damage is to happen most possibly as the basis for fatigue evaluation. By using the hot spot stress evaluation method to evaluate the fatigue strength of the welding structure, there is no need to consider stress concentration caused by the welding shape, crack and notch, which is a compensation to the evaluation accuracy influenced by the simplification treatment of the weld modeling by finite element.
