铰接式轻轨客车车体结构强度的精细分析 被引量:6

摘要 为设计满足EN12663-2010标准性能要求的铰接式轻轨客车车体,提出了车体结构静强度精细分析方法和车体焊接接头应力集中分析与疲劳寿命预测方法.以某出口铰接式轻轨客车铝合金车体为研究对象,首先建立了铰接车体整体结构的一级薄壳单元有限元模型;并在车体一级有限元模型分析的基础上,采用子模型技术与非线性接触技术相结合的方法构建了车体铰接模块的二级有限元模型,经接触非线性数值试验,优选出合理的铰接模块设计方案.采用美国ASME-2007标准的主S-N曲线法,对铰接车体焊缝进行了应力集中分析与疲劳寿命预测,识别出了焊接接头疲劳寿命的薄弱部位.借助焊缝结构应力的分析,提出的改进方案焊缝寿命比原始方案提高了2.49倍. For light railway articulated passenger car-body, detailed static line stress concentration and fatigue life prediction method are presented. strength analysis method and weld- Take an export articulated light rail passenger car made of aluminum alloy as research object, a thin shell FEM of whole car-body structure supported to loads form EN12663-2010 standard is established and analyzed, and the secondary FEM of car-body hinged module is built by sub-model and nonlinear contact technology. By nonlinear numerical test, the reasonable hinged module design is obtained. Using Master S-N curve method of ASME-2007 standard, stress concentration and fatigue life for weld-line of the car body is studied, and the weak parts of the weld lines are identified. By stress analysis, the fatigue life of the weld lines is increased by 2.49 times.
