摘要
目的探讨卡前列素氨丁三醇联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法选取2016年2月至2017年2月间抚顺市中心医院收治的行腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术的112例子宫肌瘤患者,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组56例。对照组患者采用缩宫素治疗,观察组患者采用卡前列素氨丁三醇联合米非司酮治疗。比较两组患者的手术情况、孕激素受体水平、雌激素受体水平、生长因子受体水平及用药安全性。结果观察组患者术中出血量、手术时间及住院时间均显著少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。术后3个月,观察组患者孕激素受体、雌激素受体、胰岛素样生长因子-1受体、转化生长因子β1受体及表皮生长因子受体水平均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。观察组患者不良反应发生率为25.0%,与对照组的32.1%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论卡前列素氨丁三醇联合米非司酮能有效减少子宫肌瘤患者的术中出血量,缩短手术时间和住院时间,调节孕激素受体、雌激素受体及生长因子受体等水平,且安全有效。
Objective To discuss the efficacy and safety of romethamine combined with mifepristone for hysteromyoma. Methods A total of 112 patients who underwent laparoscopic myomectomy at Fushun Central Hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group using a random number table with 56 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with romethamine combined with mifepristone. The control group was treated with oxytocin. The operation situation,progesterone receptor level,estrogen receptor level,growth factor receptor level and medication safety were compared between the two groups. Results The intraoperative blood loss,operation time and length of hospitalization were significantly less in the observation group than in the control group（ all P〈0. 01）. At 3 months after the operation,levels of progesterone receptor,estrogen receptor,insulin-like growth factor-1 receptor,transforming growth factor β1 receptor and epidermal growth factor receptor were obviously lower in the observation group than in the control group（ all P〈0. 01）. There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group（ 25. 0%） and the control group（ 32. 1%）（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion Romethamine combined with mifepristone can availably reduce the intraoperative blood loss,shorten the operation time and length of hospitalization stay and regulate progesterone receptor,estrogen receptor and growth factor receptor levels. It is safe and effective in patients with hysteromyoma.
