摘要 采用触摸屏和PLC构成上下位机,并利用PLC、变频器、配料绞龙和配料电子秤等实现了对饲料生产过程的实时监控。下位机系统采用S7-300PLC、8个原料仓、3台配料秤、2台粉碎机、l台混合机、5个提升机和2台包装秤组成,配料秤和包装秤采用拉压式压力传感器,采用变频器控制绞龙达到最优给料;触摸屏作为上位机,实现对不同种类饲料配方的设置和现场生产状况的监控。软件采用结构化编程,仿真调试结果正确,组态界面友好,操作方便。 In this paper,the touch screen and PLC are used to form the upper and lower computers. The PLC,inverter,mixing auger and ingredients electronic scale are used to realize real-time monitoring of feed production process.The lower computer system is composed of S7-300 PLC,8 raw material warehouse,3 sets of batching scale,2 sets of grinder,l mixing machine,five hoist and 2 sets of packing batching scale. The packing scale uses a pull pressure sensor. The frequency converter is used to control the auger for optimal feeding. The touch screen,as the host computer,can set different kinds of feed formulation and real-time monitor the on-site production status. The software uses structured programming. The simulation results are correct. The configuration interface is friendly and the operation is convenient.
