摘要
为响应浙江省政府的指导方针及集团环保要求,余姚电厂针对启动锅炉氮氧化物排放过高的问题,实施了低氮改造计划。将现有可编程逻辑控制器更换为新型控制器,安装低氮燃烧器,升级燃气调节阀,并在引风机上加装变频驱动器。通过这些措施,优化了锅炉的启动与停机程序,确保了氮氧化物排放质量浓度低于50 mg/m~3,且符合相关锅炉安全标准。改造后,电厂不仅将环保指标控制在规定范围内,还实现了现场与远程位置的双向通信功能。
In response to the guidance of the Zhejiang Provincial Government and the environmental protection requirements of the group,Yuyao Power Plant has implemented a low-nitrogen renovation plan to address the issue of high nitrogen oxide emissions from startup boilers.The plant replace the existing programmable logic controller with a new controller,install low-nitrogen burners,upgrade the gas regulating valve,and install a variable frequency drive on the induced draft fan.Through these measures,the startup and shutdown procedures of the boiler have been optimized,en-suring that the nitrogen oxide emission concentration is below 50 mg/m3 and meets relevant boiler safety standards.After the renovation,the power plant not only controlled the environmental indicators within the prescribed range,but also a-chieved bidirectional communication between the site and remote locations.
