摘要
要应用条形码技术实现饲料质量安全可追溯,对饲料原料、产品、中间品进行条形码编码是基础。文章分析了条码技术在饲料质量安全追溯系统中的作用,比较了条形码常用种类并选择了128码进行编码设计,根据饲料原料、产品追溯信息和条形码的编码设计原则,参考《饲料原料目录》、中国饲料数据库分类及编码方法,以及部分企业的饲料产品分类及编号,研究制定了饲料原料、产品及中间品的条形码编码规则,供饲料生产企业利用条码技术建立饲料质量安全追溯系统参考。
In order to apply bar code technique and make feed quality and safety traceabilitypossible,the coding on feed material, products, intermediate products is the basic.This paper ana- lyzes the role of bar code in feed quality safety traceability system,compares some commonlyused bar codes and chooses code 128 as the code system.According to feed material and prod- uct traceability information and the coding principles of bar code, the feed classification andcoding method of the feed material catalogue, China feed database, the classification method and number of product in some enterprises, this paper designs the coding rules of feed material, products, intermediate products to provide reference for helping feed enterprises to establishfeed quality and safety traceability system.
