老年糖尿病患者补体C1q/肿瘤坏死因子相关蛋白9及抗氧化应激水平的相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨老年糖尿病患者补体C1q/肿瘤坏死因子相关蛋白9及过氧化氢酶(CAT)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平的差异,并分析两者之间的相关性。方法选取151例年龄60~89岁的内科住院患者,分为糖尿病组89例,正常糖耐量组62例。测定血糖、血脂等生化指标,并检测血清中CTRP9,CAT和SOD,进行相关性分析。结果糖尿病组患者血浆CTRP9,CAT,SOD水平均低于正常糖耐量组患者,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。糖尿病组CTRP9水平与CAT,SOD水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论老年糖尿病患者血清CTRP9水平降低,抗氧化应激反应减弱。抗氧化应激能力与血清CTRP9水平减低有关,血清CTRP9水平降低和氧化应激在老年糖尿病发生发展过程中发挥重要作用。 Objective This study aimed to investigate the differences of C1 q/TNF-related protein 9,catalase( CAT) and superoxide dismutase( SOD) in elderlydiabetic patients,and to analyze the correlation between them. Methods 151 patients from the department of Internal medicine were selected,with an average age of 60 - 89 years old. They were divided into two groups according to blood glucose levels,among them 62 patients were NGT,89 patients were T2 DM. To determine blood glucose,blood lipids and other biochemical indicators,andthe levels of CTRP9,CAT,SOD were measured and the correlation between themwas analyzed. Results CTRP9,CAT,SOD were markedly lower in diabetic patients. There was still a positive relationship between CAT,SOD and CTRP9. Conclusion Serum CTRP9 levels in elderlypatients with diabetes decreased,antioxidant stress response decreased. The ability of antioxidant stress is related to the decrease of serum CTRP9 level,the decrease of serum CTRP9 level and the oxidative stress play an important role in the development of elderlydiabetes mellitus.
