摘要
本文研究 2型糖尿病和成人晚发自身免疫性糖尿病 (LADA)血清中超氧化物歧化酶的改变对空腹血浆胰岛素 (FINS)的影响。通过测定 6 0例 2型糖尿病 (其中正常胰岛素水平组 30例、高胰岛素血症组 30例 )及 16例LADA的锰超氧化物歧化酶 (Mn -SOD)活性 ,铜锌超氧化物歧化酶 (CuZn -SOD)活性 ,总超氧化物歧化酶 (T -SOD)活性 ,观察其变化与空腹血浆胰岛素水平的关系。结果发现 2型糖尿病正常胰岛素组及LADA组CuZn -SOD明显低于对照组 ,而高胰岛素血症组无变化。组间比较 :CuZn -SOD在高胰岛素血症组 >正常胰岛素组 >LADA组。 2型糖尿病两组和LADA组Mn -SOD明显高于对照组 ,组间比较无差异性。T -SOD各组与对照组比较无差异性。直线相关分析显示FINS与CuZn -SOD呈正相关 (r =0 351) ,Mn -SOD与CuZn -SOD呈负相关 (r =- 0 4 54)。本文结果表明SOD的减少及失衡可导致 2型糖尿病及LADA胰岛细胞分泌功能下降。
The relationship between SOD and fasting insulin(FINS) in type 2 diabetes and latent autoimmune diabetes (LADA) was studied and their pathogenesis discussed.The activities of Mn-SOD,CuZn-SOD and T-SOD in 60 cases with type 2 diabetes(including 30 cases with nomal level insulin,30 cases with hyperinsulinemia) and 16 cases with LADA were determined.The results showed that CuZn-SOD level in group of type 2 diabetes with nomal level insulin and LADA were obviously lower than control group,but no change in type 2 diabetes with hyperinsulinemia group.Comparison among groups showed the activity of CuZn-SOD in the hyperinsulinemia group>the nomal insulin level group>the LADA group.Mn-SOD in two groups of type 2 diabetes and LADA obviously higher than control group.The comparison among groups showed no difference.The linear regression analysis showed that CuZn-SOD was positively correlated with FINS,but negatively correlated with Mn-SOD.These data suggest that the reduction of SOD activity could lead to type 2 diabetes and LADA.They also could predict the failure of pancreatic β cell.
