摘要
目的探讨氯雷他定联合白芍总苷对慢性湿疹患者免疫功能及细胞因子的影响。方法选择2015年2月—2016年6月收治的84例慢性荨麻疹患者,随机分成观察组和对照组,对照组患者给予氯雷他定片,观察组在对照组治疗措施的基础上给予白芍总苷胶囊。对2组患者临床疗效、免疫功能以及细胞因子水平进行测定。结果观察组患者Th1,Th2细胞所占百分比显著低于对照组,Th1/Th2值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组白细胞介素-2(IL-2)含量高于对照组,IL-5和IL-10含量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者Ig E含量低于对照组,EOS数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氯雷他定联合白芍总苷可调节慢性湿疹患者的免疫功能,升高IL-2水平,降低IL-5,IL-10水平,能够有效治疗慢性湿疹,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective In order to investigate the effects of loratadine combined with total glucosides of paeony on immunefunction and cytokines in patients with chronic eczema. Methods Eighty-four patients with chronic urticaria treated in ourhospital from February 2015 to June 2016 were divided into control group and observation group according to random numbertable. Control group was given loratadine tablets, and observation group was given total glucosides of paeony Capsules basedon the control group. The clinical curative effect, immune function and cytokine levels of patients in two groups weremeasured. Results The percentage of Th1, Th2 cells in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group,while the value of Th1/Th2 in observation group was higher than control group, the difference was statistically significant 〈0.05 . After treatment, the level of IL-2 in observation group was significantly higher than that of control group, while the levelof IL-5 and IL-10 were significantly lower than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant 〈0.05 .After treatment, the IgE level in observation group was significantly lower than that of control group, the number of EOS inobservation group was significantly less than control group, and the difference was statistically significant 〈0.05 .Conclusion The immune function of loratadine combined with total glucosides of paeony can be adjusted in patients withchronic eczema, and loratadine combined with total glucosides of paeony could increase the level of IL-2 and reduce IL-5,IL-10 level, which can be effective in the treatment of chronic eczema, has high clinical application value.
