摘要
目的:探讨口服氯雷他定片联合外用冰黄肤乐软膏治疗亚急性及慢性手部湿疹的临床效果。方法:选择亚急性及慢性手部湿疹患者100例,随机分为两组,治疗组采用口服氯雷他定与外用冰黄肤乐联合治疗,对照组单纯口服氯雷他定片治疗,观察其治疗效果。结果:总体效果评价中,第4周,治疗组痊愈率为36.0%,有效率为90.0%;对照组痊愈率为18.0%,有效率为68.0%,比较两组之间痊愈率及有效率均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:口服氯雷他定片与外用冰黄肤乐软膏联合治疗亚急性及慢性手部湿疹疗效好,其疗效明显优于单纯口服氯雷他定片治疗,不良反应亦轻微。
Aim：To study the clinical therapeutic efficacy of Loratadine in combination with Binghuangfule Cream in the treatment of subacute and chronic hand eczema. Methods： One hundred patients diagnosed and classified with subacute and chronic hand eczema were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group received oral Loratadine in combination with Binghuangfule Cream while control group received oral Loratadine only. Results： in the forth week,the cure rate in treatment group was 36.0%,effective rate was 90.0% while the cure rate in control group is 18.0% and effective rate was 68.0%.The difference in cure rate and effective rate between the two groups were statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion：Loratadine in combination with Binghuangfule Cream is effective in the treatment of subacute and chronic hand eczema,its clinical efficacy is significantly better than oral Loratadine alone,with a lower rate of adverse events.
