摘要
随着新版《预应力混凝土铁路桥简支梁产品生产许可证实施细则》(2016版)颁布实施,简支T梁预埋支座板空腹声检测成为评判产品质量的一项重要指标,直接关系梁体安全性和耐久性。因此,为有效改善预埋支座板空腹声问题,论文结合多年工程施工经验,对其主要影响因素进行了详细介绍,提出了一整套关键技术措施。实践结果表明,预埋支座板空腹声问题得到有效解决,可为同类工程提供参考。
With the new edition of "prestressed Concrete railway bridge simply supported beam production license implementation Rules" (2016 edition) promulgated, the simple supported T-beam embedded bearing plate hollow sound detection has become an important index to judge product quality, directly related to the safety and durability of beam. Therefore, in order to effectively improve the acoustic problem of the embedded bearing plate, the paper introduces the main influencing factors of the construction experience, and puts forward a set of key technical measures, and the practice results show that the acoustic problem of the embedded beating plate is solved effectively, which can provide re ference for the similar projects.
