摘要
随着我国高速铁路的迅速发展,桥梁在铁路中占有的比重越来越大,目前铁路桥梁梁体施工中箱梁支座板空鼓问题是一个普遍存在的质量隐患。文章结合贵广铁路广宁车站高架桥现浇简支梁、连续梁的施工,重点介绍了避免箱梁支座板空鼓的质量缺陷所采取的人员配备与责任制落实、混凝土振捣设备使用、混凝土性能和振捣控制、支座板运输、安装保护、避免漏振、空鼓、增强锚固等施工技术措施。
In recent years, with the fast development of high-speed railway in China, more and more bridges appear in the railway. At present, the problem bearing plate hollowing of box beam is a hidden trouble generally existed in the construction of the body of the railway bridge. In line with the construction of cast-in-situ simply supported beam and continuous beam of viaduct in Guangning station of GuiGuang railway, construction technology and measures of how to avoid hollowing of bearing plate of box beam is mainlv introduced,providing references and examples for the safety of bridge construction.
