龙胆苦寒伤胃的表现及酒炙的缓和作用 被引量:7

Bitter-cold property of Radix Gentiana scabra Bge. on the stomach and alleviating effect of wine-processing

摘要 目的探究龙胆苦寒之性在大鼠胃部的表现以及酒炙对龙胆苦寒之性的影响。方法将高低剂量的生龙胆和酒龙胆水煎液分别给大鼠连续灌胃15 d后,测定大鼠的体重、肛温以及胃黏膜组织中胃动素(MTL)、前列腺素E_2(PGE_2)与胃泌素(GAS)含量。结果与空白组比较,各给药组均可使大鼠的体重增长升高,酒炙组更为显著(P<0.01);生高组和酒高组对肛温都有降低作用(P<0.05),生高组降低更为明显(P<0.01);生高组可明显降低胃黏膜中MTL和PGE_2的含量(P<0.05),并能明显升高胃黏膜中GAS的含量(P<0.01),其他给药组影响较小(P>0.05)。结论生龙胆的苦寒之性对胃有刺激作用,并影响大鼠体重和肛温,酒炙可得以缓和。 Objective To determine the bitter and cold property of Radix Gentiana scabra Bge. in rat stomach and effect of wine-processing on the property. Methods The high and low doses of raw and processed Radix Gentiana scabra Bge. were decocted respectively. The decoctions were given to rats continuously for 15 days, before the weight, rectal temperature and motilin (MTL), prostaglandin E2 (PEG2) and gastrin (GAS) in the gastric mucosa of the rats were measured. Results Compared with the blank group, the weight of rats in all the drug groups was increased, and that in the processed groups was increased more significantly (P 〈 0.01). High dose of raw and processed Radix Gentiana scabra Bge. decreased the rectal temperature (P 〈 0.05), high dose raw groups decreased more significantly (P 〈 0.01). Raw Radix Gentiana scabra Bge. at high dose decreased the content of MTL and PGE2 (P 〈 0.05) and increased the content of GAS both in the gastric mucosa significantly (P 〈 0.01), while other groups didn't show significant effect (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Raw Radix Gentiana scabra Bge. is bitter and cold, and may stimulate rat stomach, which may be alleviated with wine processing.
