摘要
苦寒药在临床上被广泛用于治疗内、外、妇、儿等多种疾病。但长期或大剂量使用苦寒药会引起食欲降低、腹胀、腹泻等胃肠道症状,出现“苦寒败胃”现象。所谓“苦寒败胃”,一方面是指苦药“能泻、能燥”,误服或过服均易耗伤津液及胃阴;另一方面是苦寒药清热力大,误服久服则必伤脾阳、助胃寒。通过挖掘胃肠黏膜屏障破坏、胃肠激素分泌失衡、胃肠运动异常、肠道菌群紊乱等潜在的“苦寒败胃”相关生物学基础,并结合中医理论分析及现代医学研究,提出了甘温益气法的防治原则。
Medicine with bitter and cold characters is widely used in clinical treatment of internal,external,women,children and other diseases.However,long-term or high-dose use of bitter cold drugs can cause gastrointestinal symptoms such as loss of appetite,abdominal distension,diarrhea,and the phenomenon of"Ku Han Bai Wei".On the one hand,it refers to the bitter medicine is dry and can cause diarrhea,mistakenly or over-taken are easy to damage the Body Fluid and Stomach Yin;on the other hand,the bitter cold medicine has a large power in clearing Heat,and a long time taking of it would hurt the Spleen Yang and cause cold Stomach.By excavating the potential biological basis of"Ku Han Bai Wei",such as gastrointestinal mucosal barrier destruction,gastrointestinal hormone secretion imbalance,gastrointestinal motility abnormality,and intestinal flora disorder,combined with the theoretical analysis of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medical research,the prevention and treatment principle of Gan Wen Yi Qi method is proposed.
