摘要
目的评价乳酸杆菌与甲硝唑联合治疗妊娠期滴虫性阴道炎患者的临床效果及安全性,为临床医师选择合理用药方案提供参考。方法选择2016年11月—2017年11月来我院就医的妊娠期滴虫性阴道炎患者98例,通过就诊顺序单双号分组,分别给予甲硝唑、乳酸杆菌联合甲硝唑治疗,对比2组菌落面积、产生H_2O_2阳性例数情况、临床症状改善情况、不良反应发生情况、复发率。结果观察组菌落面积、产生H_2O_2阳性例数情况、临床症状改善情况与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05,同时,其不良反应发生例数有2例,对照组有8例,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05,两组复发率对比,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论针对妊娠期滴虫性阴道炎患者采用甲硝唑联合乳酸杆菌治疗,效果显著,可有效改善患者的临床症状,阻止细菌的侵入,降低复发率,安全有效。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Lactobacillus combined with metronidazole in the treatment of trichomonas vaginitis in pregnancy, so as to provide reference for clinicians to select rational drug use plan. Methods 98 cases of trichomonas vaginitis in our hospital from November 2016 to November 2017 were selected. They were treated with metronidazole, lactobacillus plus metronidazole by grouping the order and odd number. The area of the 2 groups, the number of H2O2 positive cases, the improvement of clinical symptoms, the incidence of adverse reactions and the recurrence rate were compared. Results The colony area of the observation group, the number of H2O2 positive cases and the improvement of clinical symptoms compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant, P 〈 0.05. At the same time, there were 2 cases of adverse reactions and 8 cases in the control group, the difference was statistically signifcant, P 〈 0.05. The difference of recurrence rate between the two groups was statistically significant, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion For patients with Trichomonas vaginitis during pregnancy, metronidazole combined with Lactobacillus is effective, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, prevent bacterial invasion, reduce the recurrence rate, and is safe and effective.
